sucky!

the information in this book is expressed rather incoherently and in a non-linear fashion. the illustrations are crude and very poorly match the text. The descriptions of physiological processes alternated between that of a 5th grade science book and that of a postgraduate thesis. in all I found it unenjoyable, uninspiring, frustrating, unconducive to the encouragement of students of botany and above all unhelpful. I would recommend this book to nobody unless he is in need of a doorstop or a coaster.
