Gets an "F" for no formulary

I have several avian medicine/surgery books but was looking forward to a book on poultry for veterinarians. Generally a good and overall helpful book BUT - and this is a huge BUT, leading to a failing grade - there is no formulary! Indeed there is often no dose mentioned at all even though a drug of choice might be mentioned. For example, I looked up capillariasis today and the book mentions fenbendazole as a possible treatment but nowhere is the dose mentioned. Other drugs I looked up - similar lack of dosage.
There is an "abbreviated formulary" of fewer than 10 drug in reference to withdrawal times, which is nearly worthless.
Extremely disappointing. I would not have purchased this book had I known.

Not as practical as I would have liked. Lacking treatment options/doses in many sections of the book. Prevalence and incidence of the various disorders vis à vis geographical distribution would have been appreciated.
